“It was a pleasure to work with our joint agents at Metis Real Estate Advisors to achieve this sale. We had been advising on the building for over 2 years since initial purchase, throughout the leasing campaign and to conclude the sale for our clients in such a challenging investment market was particularly rewarding.”
